Yep. And a lot of devs show target renders for reveals. Even for the TLOU 2. Which did get some downgrades in character models (in-game), lighting and less effects like the amount of volumetric fog. But was shown in realtime gameplay and did look very close to the final product.

Considering the game is coming out in a few months its a little strange we haven't seen any gameplay for Infinite. I hope they do knock it out the park though for Halo fans.
