Where did he mention PS5? Cross generation games like Halo:Infinite will have to be optimised to run on all consoles to Xbox One (S). I didn't mention Halo, though I'm glad we've now established that the game will not look very impressive, so that also better not be technically superior to any PS5 launch game.

I think it can be on par with or more with Spiderman MM. It strikes me as a cross gen game limited to PS5 to spur demand. It’s an expansion, so one would think many of the base games assets are being reused to make it. Like Halo 3 ODST so no offence intended. I just have suspicions that it’s not built from the ground up on PS5, rather it’s optimized and made exclusive. Because it’s Spiderman after all, it’s good business to maximize demand with a insanely recognizable IP. 

That said I wouldn’t dismiss Halo so easily. We have yet to see it in action via gameplay.
