Actually Pichu had.. and I laugh at this.. better juggling attacks then Pikachu did. His Skull Bash was more powerful too, but took longer to charge. However, every special of Pichu's and all electrical based attacks also hurt Pichu. Which landed him the spot as the worst character in the smash series ever >.>
You'd probably do a lot better then you do currently if you could break that habit Shea. Alternate between using attacks to defend and dodge mechanics. Don't always spot dodge either, rolling away isn't Taboo ya know =p A lot of characters have attacks with lingering hitboxes that will take advantage of any dodge attempts.
