If you mean that Sony will pay a ton of developers to take games away from other platforms because they feel that other advantages might be gone or not as big as before then this could be the gen of Playstation.

If you meant that developers will work on more exclusives without moneyhat then no, PS5 won't get even more exclusives as PS4
