I dunno, people say "oh just the old stuff" at first, but then what about next yr and the yr after that?,. What happens when you've got all the "old stuff"?, naturally you're going to ask for the new stuff, so why not cut to the chase and just say "drop your console and release them all on Switch"?
It's like, over the course of this gen, the same question (veiled answer more like) has been asked in various ways, but it always comes down to MS just putting in the towel, to appease another console platform.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
