Which C&C games (or other Origin games) do not work?
Which Uplay games do not work?
P. S.: I just tried every C&C games on Origin.
Command & Conquer 1, 3, 4, Generals, Renegade and Red Alert 1, 2 and 3 all worked without any problems.
The only problematic game was C&C 2 (Tiberian Sun)... and it took me a total of 2 minutes for finding and installing a proper patch:
