The E6420 would be a lot faster than the other two so I'd go with that over an extra 2 gigabytes of ram. One of the reasons is because most motherboards that support the E6420 also support intel quad core processors so it would be easier to upgrade in a few years rather than having to buy another motherboard and cpu. And as ram prices drop (well actually they'll be going up soon) but in a year or two you'll be able to pick up 2gigs of ram very cheap.
I think there's supposed to be a price drop for the Core 2 Duo processors this month though (at least in North America but I assume it's a worldwide price drop). And there has already been a price drop on the 4400+ (at least in Canada so I assume everwhere else) it dropped from $141.45 Canadian to $99.99 Canadian (average retail price) a few days ago.
