Can I transfer Animal Crossing save to a new Switch?

I love them. They're my childhood but some of their choices. I just don't know what to say. Gonna spend way too much time trying to figure out some work around that's better than our current setup--her keeping my Switch while I'm stuck with a girly Switch Lite and sparkly carrying case.

Admit it you love the sparklies your only grouchy because it clashes with your sparkly tutu's and makeup, go online I'm sure someone has a AC themed tutu for sale.

I really shouldn't have thought about that I now have images of a large cole train character  in a tutu combined with body armor and this huge hand twirling a sparkly carry case.
