I'm sure there are plenty of other reasons I could point out but the bottom line is that in just about every area possible GH:WT has met or exceeded the features of RB, but this is especially true for Wii owners. And before the RB fans get upset with me it is fair to point out that this is because they are releasing after RB and have the massive advantage of learning from RB and finding out what works. I totally agree with this and I fully expect that RB2 will incorporate most if not all of the WT features as well as adding their own, and if they do then RB2 will be the clear choice.

On paper GH:WT looks amazing.  But I like to see games get released and see how the execution turns out before I market them as must have games.

Despite that I'm pretty sure that I don't care.  I already have a $200 rythum game.  So unless GH:WT is 20x better than Rock Band, I already have my rythum fix.  Rythum is great for parties, but there is simply not enough to miss 4 AAA games so I can fill my already full apartment with more accessories.  For people that haven't splurged on Rock Band though would probably be better off getting GH:WT.

Lastly, I don't know if RB2 can out do GH:WT.  Rock Band is stuck with a drum set with 4 pads unless they want to make future versions incompatible with the current set.  I also don't see them doing a touch pad on the neck do to the fact they've already incorporated buttons on the neck.  RB2 will probably allow users to create content, customize characters, and we already know DLC rocks on  Rock Band.

So GH:WT will be a great game, but I don't see myself picking it up.
