Wouldn’t mind if that became a third pillar of Mario platforming series. I was even more impressed with 3D Land considering it was on 3DS, but obviously World is the game to follow on console. I actually enjoyed 3D World more than Odyssey. I found the fact of having actual levels with a beginning and an end to be a more appealing experience than roaming big worlds while looking for the 567th moon. Also, 3D World music was absolutely amazing while Odyssey's was in my opinion... A tad too generic for the most part (it still had some great themes though).
But yes, the Switch needed a big Mario game and they totally delivered on that front. But now that we already got that... 3D World 2 would make me super happy ^^
