Rubang, it's got cutting open balls and the hammering a nail through a penis. Even if it's fake, it looked real enough to make me noxious. I laughed at some parts, but it was more of a "holy crap I can't believe this" kind of laugh.
What the hell was up with those wires attached to the guy's anus (or something?) that stretched it all apart so wide?
When/how did you see the video?
EDIT: Forget the hammering a nail into a penis, the cutting a penis open to look like a hot dog bun was the worst. :P
