We can add blaming immigrants for not listening as well, instead of, maybe, putting refugees together in compounds, sharing the same communal areas and kitchens might just be the perfect way for the virus to spread.
It all comes down to money. Low income neighborhoods are hit harder, people living closer together, more per house, less space, more crowded shops, more 'real' jobs instead of sitting in a cubicle. And the inconvenient truth is that poverty rates are much higher among non whites.
