Also the Sephiroth in this game is still not really Sephiroth,it should be a manifestation of Jenova using Sephiroths memory.

In the original, yes(it was more Sephiroths "will" than memories)  but Its made clear twice in this game that Sephiroths "will" is acting through the bodies of  the black cloaked tattooed men. 

Oh yes this one his will is projected using the black cloaked men indeed,in the OG he did not even need a body.

Players new to FF7 might be very confused at some things i reckon.
