"Don't be a snitch" means that people should not tell authorities when morons break lockdown regulations. Like those morons do very publicly.
There is no point trying to understand those people. They are driven by primal instincts and don't actually have conscious thoughts like normal people. They are mentally handicapped and we should feel sorry for them.
