And here's a huge difference between Animal Crossing on the DS and the one on GC.

And there is a huge difference to the userbase and demographs on the ds and the on the gc. Then you could see that the wii targets the same demographs as the ds. This is without mentioning that the increase could be due to the game being well known. Please give me a reason why it won't sell just as good on a console with the same demographs and userbase as a handheld.

It's possible that it won't, here's Pokemon battle Revolution's sales.  It's not that simple to say that the Wii will target exactly that or this user base and the DS will target this or that user base.  There's also a difference in preference to HOW you want to play the games, in this case pokemon and Animal crossing are preferred on hand helds.
