Probably not a 50% digital attach rate for FF7 Remake but still an "extraordinarily" high one in Japan it seems (link).
Sell through for launch shipments of Final Fantasy VII Remake were extraordinarily high in Japan. It sold 95.9% of all units shipped, causing widespread shortages
