Baldur's Gate has so many of them, especially evil characters. Quayle, Tiax, Shar-Teel, Alora, Garrick, Faldorn, Skie... and that's just the first game! Thank god that got toned down in BG2, though Cernd and to a lesser degree Jan and Anomen still fit the bill.
