What do you think about FF VII Remake Cutscenes/Gameplay proportion?

I would expect a lot of cutscenes in an rpg. It’s just that you used to have to talk to each person in each scene and read the text, now you can enjoy it in a movie like format. I haven’t played yet either because I can’t get my physical preorder 😭 but I liked what I saw in the demo.
