I dig how it looks. I feel like it took a few cues from the Xbox controller while retaining the proper joystick position. It deviates a bit from the traditional while retaining what makes a PS controller identifiable: the symbols, the Home button and the parallel joysticks.

A mute button on the controller is a very welcome addition. However, I hope this doesn't mean an integrated microphone.

The color scheme is not an abomination like a lot of people make it out to be, but it could be better if this is the default option. I hope this means for a custom controller service in the future.

If this controller is a hint of how the PS5 will look, then I'm kinda hyped for it now.

Edit: Also DualSense, as opposed to DualShock... it could be that the purpose of the controller is not just to roughly "shock" and tremble based on what's happening on the game, but to smartly makes us "sense" the action as we play. That's what I take from the name.
