I won't buy either and they probably won't sell much in the west, but I wouldn't say they are affected by the 3 games you listed. They are the type of game that people who buy is the ones that really like those type of games so they would buy even with the others launching. Also the companies know what else is launching so if they thought it would jeopardize their sales they wouldn't release.
