If you mean how to make sure the text doesn't cut off a word to go to the next line, use spaces to push the word to the next line. Idk why the devs made it like that, been that way forever, but yeah it's annoying.

Yep that's undoubtedly the purpose behind 1 Island per Switch rather than per user profile, along with only 1 user having full control of the Island. These things don't affect me personally, but I will still criticize them for worsening the game to increase their bottomline.
