Depends on the post processing effects. It can vary significantly. BF4, Dead Rising 3 and Tekken 7 are all 720p for example. BF4 actually looks okay probably due to good post processing, Dead Rising 3 is pixelated, while Tekken 7 objectively is blurry.
Also, the poll question is dumb. I am not aware of any game that isn't viable (playable) at 720p. If so, maybe a game with tiny text or a RTS?
Last, we should also consider 720p on YouTube doesn't look great. 480p on YouTube also doesn't look like a DVD.
