Were those the ones that were ~30% accurate? or something silly like that?
Spain sent theirs back right?
Ontop of that, china also sent out masks that didn't work either.
Germany has very accurate, cheap, mass produced testing.
Its a really sucky thing to do, send out faulty equipment, when your trying to track spread and stop chains of infections.
