Third party games will not fundementally take advantage of PS4's faster SSD and will not fundementally take advantage of XSX's power in any meaningful way.
What's cool is that they are both a massive step forward compared to this gen.
You will see the difference with PS4 exclusives in that they will be designed very differently now and XSX games you'll maybe see that higher fidelity.
