E3 Direct itself is not.  They just may not call it E3.  But there will be a major Direct around that time frame.  But without the event itself, they could publish it anytime over the summer.

Right, but there's always a chance that we'll get a dud direct. Kind of like how that 08 E3 presentation was a dud.
