Too early to say tbh, this is something I could answer better in may since Trials of Mana, RE3 and FF7R are the ones im looking forward to this first half of 2020 and havent released. Doom Eternal and Nioh2 are alright and im not particularly interested in the rest of the mentioned games of 2020.
So as of now, 2017 is my answer. Those games very easily top the ones that have released and I have played in 2020.
