And that is why war time economic measures exist and plans set out for them to be followed with only minor adjustments needed here. That won't happen, the medical idustry will get what it needs nor will people starve or go without absolute essential products forsurvival, they'll go a bit hungry maybe or have to navigate gaps in their needs and life will be shittier for it but no one in western nations will starve or be in need of vital supplies. 

Yes, because food, medical supplies, shelter, etc is all here because someone waved a magic wand and not from someone's hard work. Gee, thanks for the insight, you made the world a better place.
