These are the normal clocks it runs at, as long as its not over heating.
It "will" always run at this level (unless it gets too hot).

I also think your right, Playstation 5 will likely be 100$ cheaper than the Xbox Series X.

Well hopefully it’s shape can dissipate heat effectively
