Propietary SSD and no HDD is actually very concerning.
I hope Sony doesn't follow the same route, because having only like 8-13 games installed is pretty bad.
Having a HDD to move to SSD what you are playing is much better than uninstalling.
Based on Vita SD card prices I would be stuck with 1TB forever.

Also only 16GB of ram is less than what I expected, and I still expect Sony to come with 20+.

And still using those batteries on the controller... damn.

Aside from that the system sounds pretty good actually. Pretty beefy.
Having the ability to backup your XBO to XSX is great.

I don't understand the criticism of having the option of using Batteries in a controller.. if you don't want to than just buy the Charging kit. I brought my Charging kit on the XB1 back in 2013 and it still works (Through the Lithium Battery struggles to hold charge these days) but I got a good 7 years of use out of it which was well worth the extra cost. Internal batteries don't last forever and once they die, you either have to get them replaced which would cost a fortune or buy a new controller. Having a battery option means if the Charging battery dies, you can slot in AAs and you are good to go.
