As the death toll spikes in Italy among the young because the hospitals only have limited staff and resources. For the critically ill among the young they need to be in the hospital and on those ventilators with those ICU nurses and doctors who can give them time. The young will die, many young. Social distance the best you can, your PM has misjudged this. 

I'm not sure where you got "spikes among the young" from, since the most recent breakdown by age is from today and goes as following:

which still consistently puts deaths under 60 at 1 - 2% of the total. Besides, if resources were limited, the people with most life-years left would be treated first, as cruel as that sounds, wouldn't they? So that potential issue would proportionately affect younger people less.
