As the death toll spikes in Italy among the young because the hospitals only have limited staff and resources. For the critically ill among the young they need to be in the hospital and on those ventilators with those ICU nurses and doctors who can give them time. The young will die, many young. Social distance the best you can, your PM has misjudged this. 

If the old folk are contained there will be more ventilators for the young. We're further behind other countries because of the testing/isolating we were doing in Jan and Feb. That's why our spike isn't here yet.

It isn't the PM. It's the medical boffins who've been planning this for decades, Boris is just following the science.
