This. People are panicking because of media information, becoming super selfish and hoarding everything. Pretty much the opposite of what the OP is saying. There's nothing at all "responsible" or "socially aware" about people fighting over toilet roll. It's just plain old selfish every man for themselves behaviour.

I agree,at my sister her work people die every year because of a lack of covernment funding and they die for a simple cold.(institute for heavingly mentally and physically handicapped)

It did not target the economal growth and capitalism of our current government so they just did not get support to prevent deaths and were adviced to find ways to get the money themselves.

And now that those that did not care about the weak can get slightly effected themselves,now it is important.
