Hard to believe people can be so stupid. Worse, sadly people keep buying M games for their kids. I saw a woman buying GTAIV for her 8 yr old the other day. The store clerk told her about the violence, sexuality, etc and she still bought it for him. Sooner or later someone is going to make it illegal to buy M games for minors (like cigerettes). |
Those are the key points of this story: parental responsibility.
If making it illegal to sell M games to minors means adults will be able to enjoy whatever level of violence, language and sexuality they are personally comfortable with, then I am fine with it.
EDIT: Of course retailers will have to have the balls to carry them. Thank goodness there is the internet which will always be willing to carry controvertial goods.
