That's why the US won't make it to the list - too many who are not getting registered.

May I ask how much that test costs in the US?

I'm not sure, I've seen different figures but some of the patients went into urgent care and had multiple tests.  Denver is currently doing a drive through test that is free if you get a doctors note.  I have a feeling we will see this done elsewhere as well.
