Games being locked behind one platform limits choices. HZD was made for PS4 in mind, but that only hurt the game since they had to make it for a weak system. With it on PC we can finally play it at 60fps.
Also Sega technically did PC ports first for console manufacturers. In the 90s they ported their Genesis and Saturn games to PC.
