Cold potatoes (like cooked and cooled down) for the bulk of your diet, no processed fats (oil and such), and exercise bike, rowing machines and free weights are also good, anything to trigger muscles (especially leg muscles which are easiest, but core is also very important). Beans and lentils are also great additions (though watch out how you cook them, especially if your stomach is not used to them, or you'll end up sick to your stomach; but you get used to them in time). I find this is the best way to get beach muscle abs.
