you living in a house ruins the environment( foundations must be dug destroying the local ecosystems, changing the topology of the environment, waste disposal systems also cause damage, you cause light pollution with your security lights etc etc etc), driving a car pollutes the environment for obvious reasons...
when it comes to gaming, consider the materials that are used in the construction of games that are obtained true destruction means, gaming systems use excessive amounts of power and I've known many gamers who leave their systems running overnight or while away to farm materials
that's why I said previously that anything outside of living in the bush is destructive to the environment, so to me people who strive for a comfortable living assisted by technology and on top of that entertainment and recreation are quite hypocritical when they argue about how we could save the world if we could only bring the corporations under control
