PS5 build cost more than 450 USD , Sony probably having a hard time deciding the retail price

Sure. That is $600 card in my money. No RTX on that one. 

Edit: As to who. People who hype up the specs. Generally vocal minority as most console gamers are too busy playing fifa, cod, fort fight.
