I am sorry if speak about reality , reality is harsh. But i just i want give you a hint that, Xbox have not yet prove anything nor they made a change except some hope and dream. You can argue Xbox has great games if the games already came out and has a lot of sales, high meta critique and can compete directly with Playstation. Even Phil Spencer dont want to compete with Playstation and Nintendo and choose to compete the nonexistent Google and Amazon. 

You right that it’s all unproven. You got me there. I just clearly stated that Xbox has more announced new IP then Sony at this point. Until Sony breaks their silence you are more then welcome to chime in. 

But like I said, it’s unbecoming to write off games that aren’t released yet. It’s not something rooted in proper debate. You won’t see me doing that until I see the Metacritic score. 

And I ask you to consider that what Ms is doing isn’t so different then Nintendo. They couldn’t compete with the N64 and GameCube so they go off the grid and make their own market with the Wii/WiiU and Switch. Competitors in gaming sure but not direct competitors. MS has their eye on the mobile console-gaming streaming market. Something untapped and currently only occupied by the failing Stadia. And something Nintendo or Sony do not have the infrastructure to follow. So the statement isn’t wrong, Xbox is now competing on multiple fronts.
