It shows how far behind the switch was in 2017 and the current sales data show that it hasn't made any ground since the ps4 is still selling at a comparable rate in Europe. 

Again that is 100% irrelevant because at no point in time did either of us talk about Switch outselling PS4, your original claim was that Switch is struggling in Europe and only Mario Kart sells well.
