My biggest gaming dream would be if Nintendo would make a new console as powerful as a ps5, not even that powerful, just 5x more powerful than a switch would be enough, and with a normal controller, as their pro controllers. I never play my switch out of the house. I tried taking it to work to play on the breaks, but its not feasible, I don't like to game if I don't have at least 1 hour free to do so, then the switch is unplayable outside with day light, if Im going to struggle with reflections and difficulty to see then Id rather read my kindle instead or pull out my phone and watch youtube.
The biggest difficulty on portable is that I'm used to play on a 120inch projector, going from 120inch to a 6inch screen is like going from 4k hdr to a black and white tv from the 60's, the experience and immersion is way way worse
So, as a 36yo adult, I really do not need portables specially in 2020 where I get good internet on my phone anywhere. Besides, the switch is not really that portable, doesn't fit my pockets, I could buy the LITE but that one doesn't work on my projector. Then the controller is not as confortable as playing on the pro controller.
I'd rather have Nintendo games looking as good as they can be, for example, on my wiiU, Zelda Twilight princess HD and Zelda Wind waker HD both look better than Zelda breath of the wild, just for the fact it has Anti Aliasing. So a powerful Nintendo console with great AA, better textures, better frame rates, and bigger worlds (100GB discs instead of 16GB sd cards) would make me very happy indeed.
If you need to ask this question, then you haven't seen Breath of the wild on a top PC in 4K, go check it, that's what we could have if Nintendo would make a traditional home console with modern specs, actually even better than that because Nintendo is good at optimizing their games for the hardware.
