So you post on social media about gay right to vent your frustrations,or do you actively try to inform others about it?Or do you do it in groups for gay rights to feel connected and supported with people that had a samelike lifeexperience?

It's kind of a few different things. I post to vent frustration but mostly to inform. A few months back, someone told me that all gay men are possessed by demons on Facebook. I also have a pretty homophobic family (despite all of them being afraid to say anything to my face). So a lot of it is just me trying to point out that gay people aren't just looking for special treatment but to be treated like humans (i.e. get rid of trans panic laws). I also like to share history of LGBT fighting back or being attacked. (i.e. Stonewall, Pink Triangles).

I am part of a couple of gay groups on Facebook but most of them revolve around interests instead of frustration. When I first came out, I had trouble finding gay guys with the same interests as me. VGChartz was one of the first places I felt completely comfortable with my sexuality (despite coming out at 16). I think that's one reason I feel like the Gaymer's list and groups on facebook like Gay Geeks are important. They help us to realize that even if you don't necessarily see representation, it still exists.

I can only respect this constructive attitude,by doing what you do you might change some homophobic mindsets some people have.

Bolded: It sucks having people that you love or used to love being openly blindly hating against yourself and a whole group of people that do not deserve it,i can relate to that.
