I think it will do well, simply because it's a handheld and it offers different types of gaming experiences compared to Sony and MS. They are basically in different markets where Switch players are mostly interested in simpler games and classic JRPG's. However, as a home console the Switch can't really compete, especially when next gen hits. And since the bulk of the Switch owners also own a ps4, we will probably see a drop in games sold on the Switch when the ps5 comes out.
