Who really cares? PC games get optimised all the time and they still get set to really low PC specs.. doesn't stop people from buying and playing them.

Its very odd to think that due to one version of the game requires more time in the oven that the entire launch gets delayed for half a year. They can always delay one version of the game.
X1 has a more powerful CPU than the PS4 so clearly it cannot be a CPU issue. Personally i believe they are working on a next gen version of the game to be ready around launch time.
Also Cyberpunk is the most anticipated game for 2020, ill be more worried about FF7RM doing well against it. I do believe there is a Stadia deal in the works.
