These sales for PS4 aren't especially high, they're to be expected. It's not like it's up YoY or anything and it's not miles ahead of where the PS3 was at this point.
PS4 (Jan 13th 2019) = 235k
PS3 (Jan 12th 2013) = 180k
PS4 should sell about 10m this year.
