I don't understand what you're saying. 

Official forecast for Fiscal year 2020 (ending 31th March 2020), is still 18 millions

We already have :

Q1 = 2,13 shipped

Q2 = 4,8 shipped

Q3 = 10,42 sold tracked by VGC (see picture below)

Q4 = only 1st week estimated

So if Nintendo announces around January 31th, a Q3 at 11,07 millions shipped, which is really possible if they wanted to supply with additional Switch Lite stock, and if they count a few more hundred thousands in China, they will reach their forecast without the last quarter (Q4)
