I will also most likely build a new PC this year.
However, since this will happen in 2H of 2020 (probably even fall), it might be a 4600 or a 3700X if the launch of the 4xxx drops the price of the predecessor down enough.
Btw, where do you buy your PC hardware? Mindfactory, Alternate, some other site or store?
