My wish list:
1) needs to change to account based linking and be backwards compatible.
2) make the controllers more durable and analogue triggers
3) easy way to backup shit to SD cards (patches, updates etc). longevity to become a retro console.
4) force developers to put the full game on a cart (subsidise the cost of the cart if you have to get this one)
5) DREAMING HERE - be nice if the cart could install the patches updates onto it. Then you got the complete game and can put in any system to play.
6) The dock needs extra juice. At least be 4TFLOPS extra (hopefully handheld mode would be 2TFLOPS) to get a small chance of game ports. Should be able to achieve it since next gen will have ray tracing, so can disable that when ported to switch
7) Replaceable batteries. Let's be honest battery tech isn't advancing fast enough, so may as well have replaceable batteries. That way when the battery also dies you just swap it out for a new one years down the track.
