lol but true. That it hasn't been done before isn't a reason to not do something, they can and will if they want to. MK8D by itself will undoubtedly sell less than MK8D + MK9.

Sorry but no. Mario Kart only comes out one per system. Same is not true for zelda so that doesn't make sense. Mario Kart already came out on Switch, gotta wait for Switch 2 for the next one.

Unless you can show me where Nintendo has made that a rule, then what you're saying makes no sense. Everything ever at one point hadn't been done before.
