I'm guessing they got paid to show it last. It really should have been The Rock instead of Vin Diesel on stage. 

Problem is, The Rock isn't even in the new Fast and Furious movie, and after trying (and failing) to wrestle the franchise away from Diesel with that Hobbs and Shaw spinoff, he's not exactly the person the studio is gonna be looking to in order to push this cheap little cash grab.
